Basic Theta
In this 3-day Basic ThetaHealing® workshop you learn how to consistently access and hold the theta brain wave, the wave we're in every night during dream states, while you're awake and conscious (previously thought to be possible only if you're a Zen buddhist monk or meditator of 30+ years).
Why do we want to access the theta brain wave? Have you come across Steven Kotler's research on flow states, those "superhuman" states, where we perform optimally, better than was even thought possible, where all parts of us coalesce into a singular point of focus, where we feel infinite amounts of creativity and intelligence flowing through us and our body becomes lightweight and time and space are suspended? Yeah, those states. They are largely due to our brains holding a theta wave.
Not only can you beat world records in extreme sports using the theta wave, you can also learn to read the "future", see the most resourceful perspective of any event, conversation, relationship and potential opportunity (READ: get out of trigger and see the most expansive perspective), make decisions from a place of clarity and decisiveness, gain supreme manifesting skills and access the power to move forward on projects and goals.
The most well-known and, I believe, pertinent tool within the ThetaHealing scope is the "belief work," using the power of the theta brain wave to restructure the subconscious beliefs to align with the conscious mind and where it would like to go in life. In Basic Theta Marin you will learn how to facilitate this belief work on yourself, the people you care about and clients should you choose to add this into your healing practice or create a thriving business as a professional ThetaHealer®.
Even if you have no plans or desires to start a ThetaHealing business, this class is also for you if you simply want a new daily practice of connection with creation energy to harness its power in your daily life. Maybe you feel stuck or blocked in an area of your life. In this class you will have the opportunity to identify and clear that block, no matter how deep or how old its origin, during the "Digging" process which is an integral part of the belief work.
There are no pre-requisites for this course, no experience necessary, you don't even have to know about astrology or ascended masters or what number you are on the Enneagram.

Advanced Theta
While Basic Theta is learning the nuts and bolts of the practice, taking a few rides with training wheels and then eventually learning how to ride solo, in Advanced Theta you get to just fly.
There's a little review and some awesome new exercises including:
Sending Love to the Baby in the Womb
Learning the Language of Plants and Crystals
Connecting with Dead People (yes, really)
Healing the "Broken Soul"
The most important thing that happens in Advanced Theta is the group downloads which make up about 1/3 or more of the entire class. You leave the class quite literally a different person than who came in - lighter, brighter and with an upgrade to your baseline operating system. Even if you learned nothing else (which you do!) this is worth the price of admission alone.
